Add a "Made by" badge to any website
Maker Badge is one line of code that works on any site where you can add custom HTML. Pick your platform for step-by-step instructions.
- HTML Paste the code just before the closing </body> tag of every page that should show the badge.
- Webflow Site settings → Custom code → Footer code. Publish the site (custom code does not run in the Designer).
- Framer Site settings → General → Custom code → "End of <body> tag". Publish to see it.
- WordPress Use a plugin like WPCode ("Insert Headers and Footers") and paste the code into the footer section.
- Squarespace Settings → Developer tools → Code Injection → Footer (only on plans that include code injection).
- Wix Settings → Custom code → Add custom code, place it in "Body - end" and load it on all pages (needs a premium plan with a connected domain).
- Shopify Online Store → Themes → Edit code → layout/theme.liquid, paste just before </body>.
- Ghost Settings → Code injection → Site footer.
- Carrd Add an Embed element (type Code, style Hidden, location Body End) and paste the code.
- Next.js Add the script to your root layout (e.g. with next/script, strategy "afterInteractive") or to public/index.html.
- React, Vue & Vite Paste the code into index.html, just before </body>. No package or component needed.
Hosted pages that don't allow custom code, such as Notion, Linktree or social profiles, can't show the badge.
