- No accounts: a secret edit key (and private edit link) controls each badge; version history, key reset and unpublish in the editor
- Signup forms from Tally, Kit, Beehiiv, MailerLite, Mailchimp or Substack, or a webhook (Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Sheets)
- Eight themes; every style is a `--mb-*` CSS variable; parts styleable with `::part()`
- About 10-15 KB gzipped, no dependencies, shadow DOM, popup built on first open; accessible dialog
- JavaScript API: `window.MakerBadge.open()`, `.close()`, `.destroy()`
