# How to add a "Made by" badge to Webflow

Webflow lets you add code to every page of a site from the site settings, or to a single page from its page settings.

## Steps

1. Create your badge in the Maker Badge editor and copy your code.
2. In Webflow, open Site settings → Custom code.
3. Paste the code into "Footer code" (before the </body> tag) and save.
4. Publish your site. Custom code only runs on the published site, not inside the Designer.
5. To show the badge on one page only, use Page settings → Custom code → "Before </body> tag" instead.

## Good to know

- Webflow may require a paid site plan to run custom code.
